FERC ACCEPTS NTTG Members Attachment K Revision Filings Removing Provisions Related to an Interconnection-Wide Planning Process
On October 12, 2017, NTTG Filing Parties filed with FERC revisions to their Attachment K’s (Transmission Planning Process) removing provisions relating to an interconnection-wide planning process along with other minor editorial revisions aimed at preventing potential ambiguity. On December 8, 2017 FERC issued letter orders to each of the Filing Parties accepting the Attachment K revisions with an effective date of December 12, 2017. No further agency action is expected. MATL JOINS NTTG
On May 18, 2016, MATL LLP filed a revised Attachment K to its Open Access Transmission Tariff with regional, interregional and interconnection wide planning provisions that are the same as the other Full Funders for its transmission facilities located within the Western Interconnection. On June 30, 2016 FERC issued a letter order accepting MATL's revised Attachment K effective March 27, 2016.
