NTTG Members FERC Order No. 1000 Interregional Attachment K

On June 1, 2015 FERC issued a final order accepting the Western Filing Parties interregional compliance filings.  No further interregional filings are necessary at this time.  A link to the final order is provided below:

On February 18, 2015 the NTTG Jurisdictional Transmission Providers submitted a joint filing letter to the FERC in response to the December 18, 2014 Order on interregional compliance requirements.  A link to the filing letter is available below:

On December 18, 2014, the Commission conditionally accepted NTTG Filing Parties' May 10, 2013 interregional compliance filings and directed the Western Filing Parties to submit further compliance filings within 60 days of the date of issuance of its order. A link to that order is available below:

On May 10, 2013, NTTG’s Jurisdictional Transmission Owners each submitted revisions to their respective Open Access Transmission Tariffs (OATTs or tariffs) to comply with the interregional transmission coordination and cost allocation requirements of Order No. 1000.  Links to these filings are available below:
