Local transmission needs driven by Public Policy Requirements (PPRÂ’s) are included in the NTTG Initial Regional Plan through the Local Transmission Plans of the NTTG Transmission Providers. Additionally, During Quarter 1 of each biennial cycle, stakeholders may submit regional transmission needs and associated facilities driven by PPR's to be evaluated as part of the NTTG Draft Regional Transmission Plans.
